When you try Kaiseki-Ryori for the first time, you can expect an exquisite dining experience.
Kaiseki Ryori combines some of the best Japanese values: harmony, balance and appreciation of the moment. For the practitioners of haute cuisine, Kaiseki is the epitome of “omotenashi,” meaning “heartfelt hospitality.”
The essence of Nihonryori, the traditional Japanese cuisine, is not just about what’s on a plate. Japanese history and culture are also related to the cuisine.
Our chef has long practiced kaiseki cuisine and knows how to prepare seasonal Japanese ingredients in ways that enhance their original taste. He believes it is his job to work as a chef in Germany to properly introduce the value and preparation of Japanese ingredients.
Each course has different components. The visual appearance is important, and in each course, the different components consist of contrasting shapes and colors. Served in small courses, each dish is prepared using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. The balance of aromas and textures is not only appreciated by the palate, but also visually and tangible.
